This period begins on the day you receive your order (as confirmed by the shipping carrier). To be eligible for a return, the item must be shipped back to our warehouse within 30 days from this delivery date. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • Our Error (Free Return): You may request a return or refund if the item received is damaged, defective, or the wrong product was sent. All return shipping costs will be covered by allolamp.com.
  • Customer Reason (Fee Applies): Returns for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind, wrong color/size) are accepted, but return fees apply as outlined below.
  • Conditions for Returns: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all original labels and packaging intact.

2. Return Process & Addresses

  • Contact Us: Email support@allolamp.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos.
  • Receive RMA: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed packing instructions within 2 business days.
  • Return Shipping Address: All returns must be sent to our designated international warehouse: Recipient: allolamp Returns Department Address: Room D1049, Incubation Park, Pingshan Street, Daping Township, Tongcheng County, Xianning City, Hubei Province, 437400, China Important: International returns may take longer due to shipping and customs procedures.

3. Return Shipping Charges

4. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 1–2 business days after the returned item is received and inspected at the warehouse. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 days for the credit to appear, depending on your card issuer.
