4. Shipping Costs

5. Tracking Your Order
After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update tracking information. You can track your order on the carrier’s official website using the provided tracking number.
6. Customs and Import Duties (Taxes Included)
We operate on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis. All customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are included in the displayed product price. The price shown at checkout is the final price. No additional customs fees will be charged by your local customs upon delivery.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, any re-shipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
